Frequently Asked Questions Why you work exclusively on an hourly rate + retainer? We never charge percentage based placement fees, and believe the practice is unethical. An hourly rate + retainer, as with a lawyer or CPA, facilitates a fiduciary relationship. The fiduciary relationship is exceedingly important, and should not be compromised by a “bounty”. We work toward a consistent long term relationship, team work, predictable costs, greater quality assurance and trust. This fosters an atmosphere of service and trust that is impossible with other types of fee arrangements. Do you work in only one industry or market? No. Our client base is best categorized as "small to mid-sized technology companies going through change". Most of our clients are clients are multi- site, and have an international component. We are recruiting and OD subject matter experts in several markets, and learn our client’s needs quickly. What is the average length of a client relationship for your firm?
