Richard - as you know I spoke with Claudio yesterday afternoon and made
him a verbal offer contingent on your satisfactory completion of the
reference checks and my discussion with George Bruns. He and I have already agree to the range of the package but I still want to insure that things are set -
no reason to be concerned. I plan to finalize the written version on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
