This letter is to thank Siltec Silicon and specifically Richard Winn. I had expressed an interest in working for Siltec to one of Siltec's salespeople, Dennis Sullivan. The interest was sparked by the professionalism always shown to me by Dennis and the other representatives from Siltec that I had met. He did everything as promised by forwarding my resume to the appropriate people at Siltec.

Richard Winn called me on the phone and after getting some more details about my background and interest, asked me to send more information. After it was determined that our requirements did not mesh well enough to pursue that particular job opening, he took the time to explain why, and to give me helpful hints on my continued job search. In 13 years in this industry, I have never been helped by a recruiter after being turned down for a job. If he is representative of the type of employee at Siltec, I am doubly disappointed at not being able to work there.
